This Android terminal emulator connects to hosts you choose. Only connect to systems you are authorized to use. Host commands, credentials and transactions remain your responsibility.
The commercial plan is a Google Play annual subscription with a USD 79.99 base annual price. Eligible users receive one calendar month free, followed by the displayed annual charge and automatic renewal until canceled. Google determines trial eligibility; an ineligible user sees the actual annual offer. Localized prices, tax treatment, billing dates and purchase terms shown by Google take precedence. Review the app disclosures and Google confirmation before consenting. No separate installation-based trial is granted.
Cancel through Google Play subscription management before the next charge under the applicable Google terms. Uninstalling does not cancel subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play and applicable law. Cancellation normally preserves paid access until verified expiry; a refund/revocation may end eligibility when the app next receives authoritative validation.
After online validation, a signed offline entitlement is valid only through the actual verified period expiry. Paid annual periods can be used offline for their remaining annual term; a free trial only covers its actual trial end. After conversion or annual renewal, reconnect to validate payment and update offline rights. Expiry preserves configuration and existing screens while preventing new business connections and sends. Offline devices cannot receive immediate remote revocation.
Rights are bound to the purchasing app installation. Encrypted configuration QR codes transfer selected host login credentials and the offline admin verifier after confirmation. They never transfer subscription tokens or offline entitlements. Reinstalling, clearing data or moving devices can require online ownership review; automatic cross-install migration is not provided by this development build. This is not the desktop BROOVIS perpetual license or a hardware serial activation license.
The local development build has no configured purchase verifier and does not enable checkout. Test/source implementation is not proof of a live store service.
You retain rights to configuration and business data. Open-source components retain their own licenses. Proprietary parts may only be redistributed as permitted by us or applicable law. Service availability and host results cannot be guaranteed; mandatory consumer rights and non-excludable liabilities remain protected.
This draft requires product/legal approval, store disclosures and actual subscription testing before public distribution. Changes to subscription benefits require appropriate notice and applicable store procedures.
